What You Should Not Expect...

You Should Not Expect to See Results If You Are Not Doing The Eye Exercises

Humans are lazy and like instant gratification – we like maximum results with minimum effort. Those of us who can’t see clearly without glasses would love to one day just snap our fingers and Boom!.. we have 20/20 vision. Unfortunately, there is no magic in natural vision improvement

You have to do actually DO the exercises… regularly (preferably everyday) and consistently to experience significant improvement in your eyesight.

You Should Not Expect to Maintain the Improvement, If You Continue “Vision Deteriorating” Habits

There are a number of things that we do on a regular, even daily, basis that contribute to the deterioration of our eyes. One of the largest contributors, for example, is frequent computer use – the long hours staring at the screen puts strain on your eyes. In fact, Computer Vision Syndrome affects about 75% of people that work on computers.

If you are doing eye exercises, but you are using the computer frequently, then you need to take short breaks regularly… and follow the 10-10-10 rule, which recommends that every ten minutes, look away from the computer screen and stare at an object at least 10 feet away for about 10 minutes.

At the very minimum take a break at least once an hour for about 10 minutes… and blink frequently.

You Should Not Expect to Maintain The Improvement In Your Eyesight, If You Are Not Providing Your Eyes With The Right Nutrients

If you want to build muscles, you’ll go to the gym and lift some weights. But you also will need to eat the proper foods, especially your intake of protein in order for you to see those muscles grow.

Well the same applies to eye exercises, you have to intake the proper nutrition in order to help your eye improve proper vision. So what foods promote good eye health?

Vitamins A, C and E and Lutein all assists in maintaining healthy eyesight. You can read more about nutrition and eye health here… And there are special vitamin supplements for your eyes.

… Oh, and drinking water frequently also helps!

What You Should Expect...

Expect That You Will Become Frustrated, Loose Motivation and Want To Give Up

Because of the instant gratification characteristic of humans, you are going to get impatient, perhaps because you think that you are not experiencing significant improvement fast enough. It is important that you remember something – more likely than not, it took years for your eyesight to deteriorate to the its present state; it is unfair that you would expect to reverse the process within mere days.

Eye exercises are a natural and therefore relatively slower vision improvement option… but far less risky, significantly less expensive and much healthier.
